We are exceptionally experienced in the various project delivery methodologies, including traditional design-bid-build, fast-tracked multi-prime, negotiated, construction management and design-build scenarios.  We have been joint venture partners in successful design-build ventures and have a great working respect for our construction partners.

 

WEISS ARCHITECTS, LLC was established in 1998 by Steven Weiss after twenty-six years of practice in two of Chicago's premier architecture firms.  We were founded on the principal that the best architecture and the best service to the client is attained when the principal architect is fully engaged in each project.  We maintain a dedicated and exceptionally talented staff with a range of skills and experiences.  The firm functions with our full attention focused on each project.
